Rachel is a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) who enjoys the diversity
of working with each unique client. Her passion and enthusiasm
for helping others improve their lives and better their
sense of wellness inspires her therapeutic work.
When working with each client, Rachel employs a
Psychodynamic Framework, helping each individual
explore how events and patterns developed in their
early years are affecting them in the here and now.
Rachel holds a Bachelor of Arts, Honors, with a Major in Psychology from Carleton University, as well as a Master’s Degree in Counselling and Spirituality from Saint Paul University. Her unique education with respect to religion and spirituality informs a more holistic approach to her therapeutic framework. Her experience and commitment to the health and well-being of her clients have allowed Rachel to work with such issues as depression, coping with mental illness, stress and burnout, anxiety, and addiction.
